Gerdau – Hotsite (2023-24)

Gerdau is the largest Brazilian steel producing company, the largest metal scrap recycler in Latin America, one of the main suppliers of long steel in the Americas and special steel in the world, and has, in music, a great platform for promoting the culture of the places where it operates, bringing development in a playful way to the people with whom it interacts.

Whether promoting a tour by the Ouro Preto Orchestra, at the Viva Jazz Festival, in Minas Gerais, or becoming the official steel of Rock in Rio Brasil 2022 and the steel supplier for Palco Mundo, Gerdau wants to share the value in contributing to the promotion of Brazilian music with the communities that are part of its daily lives and host its steel producing operations.

To this end, he created the GERDAU MEVA ME PRO RIO MUSICAL COMPETITION. In it, amateur bands from the cities where Gerdau produces steel will be able to play in a special location, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, in September 2022.

Além das despesas pagas para uma apresentação no Rio de Janeiro, as duas bandas vencedoras terão uma curadoria com um produtor musical e uma divulgação do seu trabalho nas redes sociais da Gerdau.
